This video, the fourth in my Climate Change series, looks at urban myths spawned by two iconic films — An Inconvenient Truth and The Great Global Warming Swindle. Whatever you “believe” about climate change, there is no excuse for the kind of exaggerations, fallacies and fabrications we see in films like these. My aim is to cut through the junk science designed to evangelize this issue, and show what the actual scientific research shows us. The video cuts short at the end, and the final sentence should read: “As I look at more of the urban myths theyve spawned.”
A look behind the front lines of the media wars during the most contentious election in recent history. Al Franken is shown to fearlessly confront pundits and politicians, blurring the boundaries between political satire and impassioned citizenry. Featuring a host of beltway big mouths including Ann Coulter, Michael Moore, Al Gore, John Kerry, Robert Kennedy Jr., Sean Hannity, William Safire, Karen Hughes and Henry Kissinger.

Q&A: Who came first scientists who studied climate change or Al Gore?
Filed under Million Green IdeasMay 17Question by Last True Paladin of Scotland: Who came first scientists who studied climate change or Al Gore?
For last time Al Gore is a politician, he didn’t make up the theory, he only took it up as his cause. Big difference.Perhaps completely idiotic, but to claim he thought it up is inane.
Wow how ignorant.
And you’ve studied this have you? I didn’t think so, honestly you’d be surprised what Science can do, but of course you just wanna disprove. How sad.Best answer:
Answer by John D “Your ad here”
The science came first, of course. It’s unfortunate that the entire issue has become so closely associated with Al Gore.I don’t know for a fact that man’s activities are affecting the climate to the extent that most climatologists suggest, but I’m glad that I know that I don’t know. I feel sorry for people who claim to know that “it’s a hoax”.

The Real Source Of Climate Change

Memo to Al Gore: Its the sun stupid! Does the climate change? it sure does. It used to be so warm, grapes grew in Newfoundland and you could raise grain in Greenland. Climate change has the potential to be truly catastrophic, but the idea that we are creating it – or can control it – with the functional equivalent of world government is lunacy.
