They’re both wrong. Global warming being brought on and able to be affected by mankind is far fetched to say the least. Don’t believe everything you read or hear on the internet.

Question by Lover of God: What do you think of this one idea to provide a solution to alternative energy, global warming, welfare, economy?

It starts with a global reality show which is funded by world governments, and private entities, offering a substantial cash award, along with the first of its kind, global recogniton award for the best alternative energy source, as well as the most cost effective means to incorporate it into existing refinery sources, with the least amount of downtime and transitional cost. Also–Israel set up a donation system for planting trees resulting in 200 million trees planted. Why cant our government do the same by allowing tax breaks for people to donate money to the government for planting fruit trees. These trees produce oxygen, burn C02, and would result in greater agricultural exports, providing revenue, and the produce could be donated to welfare families, thereby reducing the amount of money each family would need to receive in federal funding. And eliminate people selling their food stamps. The reduction in welfare could save tax payers money. What do you think of this idea?

there are already grants and incentives out there for sustainable energy developments. the problem is sustainable energy is unreliable, hence why it is not being taken up.

To help support Climate Denial Crock of the Week Go to climatecrocks.com This video inaugurates a new series, that will augment, but not replace, “Climate Denial Crock of the Week”. Many people seem to think dealing with climate change will bring poverty and limit human development. The truth may be exactly the opposite. Moving to a world of where we aren’t fighting each other over the last few drops of oil, where energy is free, will mean a better life, with greater opportunities even for an expanding population. If we make the right decisions, we could be on the verge of the most prosperous period in human history. Climate Denial Crocks will be back soon to tweak trolls and ding deniers. www.ferc.gov www.environmentamerica.org www.udel.edu www.udel.edu newenergynews.blogspot.com climateprogress.org

Question by Ksee: What are the potential alternative energy solution that we can use to replace gasoline in the long run?

This may sound ridiculous at this moment but we may need to face it sometime in the future , so what kind of alternative energy sources that we can tap into before we run out of gasoline? Do you think the oil companies or some other major corporations should really invest in such energy development since this is essential for the survival of our civilization.

OK, I am really into the environment and I am always thinking of ways to clean it up. So how about this little gem of an idea: Stop using the toilet.

The toilet is an environmental disaster: All that water wasted and toilet paper not to mention all the poop and pee. The solution: Pee in the sink or outside, and poop in fast food bags you would just throw away anyway, and then put the bags in the trash.

I know this would work, but do you think the average American could handle it? Do you think we care enough?

    Best reply by Jacob D:

No offense but that’s just plain silly
all waste water from your toilet gets treated by your local waste water plant
and if everyone did as you suggested, then things would be no better than it was in the middle ages, lots of disease comes from untreated waste and simply peeing outside is em brassing and indecent not to mention un treated and unprocessed poop can lead someone to be getting sick
