The Real Source Of Climate Change
Filed under Million Green IdeasMay 14
Memo to Al Gore: Its the sun stupid! Does the climate change? it sure does. It used to be so warm, grapes grew in Newfoundland and you could raise grain in Greenland. Climate change has the potential to be truly catastrophic, but the idea that we are creating it – or can control it – with the functional equivalent of world government is lunacy.

Answer by dooberheim
It’s hard to say, because other than tests of hydrogen bombs, no one has made enough energy from it to use as an alternative energy source.Potentially:
Positive: Incredible energy density, using materials considerably more common than needed for fission. Radioactive wastes are less, and more benign than with fission.
Negative: Extremely tech intensive, and poorly developed. Likely not to yield significant energy for decades (if ever). It will also be very expensive, but this may also improve with further research.

Question by Sam d: What is the most used alternative energy source?
im doing a project on alternative energy sources and i need to know if solar energy is the most usedBest answer:
Answer by Harmony19
A lot of solar energy is used for heating water and drying solid agro products. But when trying to calculate the energy produced it is not accurate since the use is so widespread and there is no accurate way of collecting all the data. On this account I think wind energy is the most used. This is because wind energy is normally connected to a electricity generator and hence the power produced is accounted for and all the data are collated. Hope it is clear enough to understand.Add your own answer in the comments!

From what little I know, they’re a powerful type of battery. Pretty much any chemical reaction that can be done in a sealed container can be used as a battery. It’s a matter of how much energy can be made in a small amount of space.Give your answer to this question below!
