  What are we doing to the environment and what are some of the positive and negative effects? If u find a site of info on “human activity in the environment”, plz list them. Thx in advance.

  Well some are as follows:
  1. Cutting down trees.(Good: as wood for wooden products and paper) (Bad: destroys habitats of flora & fauna, causes landslides and upsets the balance of nature)

  2. Over hunting.(Good: as food for humans) (Bad: makes animal species extinct and upsets the food chain)

  3. Plantations replacing natural forests. (Good: to gain profit(money) for the country) (Bad: endangers various plant species and increasing carbon dioxide content in the air)

   Urban sprawl. Turning productive farmland into housing tracts. There are no positive effects and the negative effects are obvious
