What is worse for the environment; the carbon dioxide you exhale or the oil disaster in the Gulf?
Filed under More Green IdeasJul 4Obama has sat back for the last 34 days and watched the environment of the Gulf of Mexico ruined.
No one can tell me the most powerful nation on earth can’t plug a hole?
Why isn’t Obama putting all the resorces of the Federal government, including the military, on this disaster.Obama should take some time from playing Golf to do something about the Gulf
Best reply by Windrider:
This is why democrats weren’t so gung-ho on this drill baby drill nonsense conservatives spouted. They knew the potential for environmental damage, and knew how challenging it was to plug up any spills.

When I’m exhaling, carbon dioxide is the least of your worries.
Not even the United States of America can rule nature.

It’s all just part of nature and in several million years you won’t know oil was ever spilled there.

Believe it or not, humans pollute 1000x more than this well.

It’s obvious from your question that you’ve never seen an oil well. You don’t know how they work.
You don’t have Clue One what is happening in the GOM.
You are an embarrassment to Texas and to yourself.
edit: Just for laughs, why don’t you tell us what YOU imagine is happening at the spill site, both at the surface and on the sea floor……. LOL! This will be a riot! ROFL!

Please read this then kindly rethink your question http://www.huffingtonpost.com/robert-f-kennedy-jr/sex-lies-and-oil-spills_b_564163.html Your anger is misdirected, hopefully your logic is not.

Not mutually exclusive. If not for modern technology to include electric (and fuel) power, life spans would be shorter and there would be far fewer humans populating the earth.
And you should reduce your dependency on government – let your beloved corporations handle everything unregulated.

WHAT? is he the god of plugging oil leaks, the drill baby drill crowd should have prevented this or had ways to contain,
bush gave those loosers subsidies and they could not afford a half million dollar part to stop the flow.oil whores suck and i hope all the people with their drill baby drill signs stored in their basement feel like crap.
ask bush and condi rice to get off their oil warshipping asses and open up their bank accounts to help.

I agree,
1.Stop all off shore drilling before this happens again.
2. Dont allow the industry experts to deal with it, get government employees and the military to do it.
They have a plan in place right ?3.He’s the President, not Superman. He can’t swim down there and plug it with a rock.
